Policies

Shipping, changes, delivery

Processing time (made to order)
Please allow up to 10 business days to produce your item before it ships. Production times may increase during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping times (in transit)
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking
When available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

Custom/made-to-order items (important)
Custome orders are non-refundable, we typically cannot change or cancel an order once production has started. If you need to request a change, contact us within 5 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best - changes are not guaranteed.

Delays, lost packages, and carrier issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in shipping costs.

Delivered but not received
If you can’t find your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. We may require a police report or carrier claim documentation for theft-related cases depending on the situation.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email us at rahul@1of1apparel.ca within 24 hours of delivery with photos of:

  1. The item
  2. The packaging
  3. The shipping label

We’ll evaluate and, when applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not apply to custom orders

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you a shipping address as well as shipping instructions. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels; the purchaser is responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
