How big can an embroidery design be?

Our brand offers an embroidery loop size of 7.5x7.5 inches for sweatpants, and 10x10 inches for hoodies and T-shirts, accommodating sizable projects with ease. While this is our standard size, we are also capable of customizing larger loops to meet specific requirements. Do you offer any other colours for your embroidery thread than the ones shown on the website?

Our brand offers a diverse range of thread colours and shades, providing an extensive array of options, when completing an order you can request a different color in the Add Order Note text box, or email us at info@1of1apparel.ca

How long does a custom order take to be made?

Shipping times for custom orders may require up to two weeks after the mockup has been approved. However, we ensure to confirm all details promptly once you've reached out to us from our Custom Form tab above.

How do returns work?

With the exception of custom orders, all items are eligible for return within our specified return window. Custom Orders are non-refundable once the mockup has been approved.
